Connecting patients and diagnosing community to heart teams:
Medtronic will be executing educational campaigns targeting female patients with a history of Aortic Stenosis. Our goal is to connect this underserved group of patients with top Heart Teams across the U.S. who offer the choice of Evolut TAVR. The campaign will include two educational websites, one for patients and one for general cardiologists. Additionally, each website will feature a heart team finder of experienced Medtronic Evolut TAVR Heart Teams. We would like to extend an invite for you and your center to be included in the heart team finders within both websites.
